Adventure Race Training

Are you training for an Adventure Race like the Spartan Race, Mud Hero, Tough Mudder, Spartan Sprint, Death Race, or another similar race? Come build the strength, stamina, endurance, and willpower to be able to conquer your adventure race. We have what it takes to prepare you; do you have what it takes to endure?

Cardio and Strength – Level 1

A combination of lower and no-impact cardio, strength, flexibility, core and balance training. An ideal class for the active older adult or those just beginning to exercise.

Cardio and Strength – Max

Take your favorite max strength class, add high-intensity cardio and be prepared to sweat.

Cardio and Strength – Partner Training

A new twist on your favorite cardio and strength training class - work out with a partner! This fun, interactive class will incorporate total body strength training, core stability and cardiovascular fitness through partner and group exercises, drills and circuits. Come get fit with a friend or family member or come on your own and get ready to meet someone new! Non-members welcome.

Cardio Kickbox

Punch and kick your way through this high-intensity workout full of kickboxing-inspired exercises.

Group Power

Group Power® will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

High Fitness

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore funfitness class that incorporatesinterval training with music youlove, and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. Step

A choreographed cardio workout to challenge your coordination and stamina through a traditional step workout.

Step and Strength

Aerobic Step workout that combines step choreography and resistance training.

Strength – Barre

The Barre program uses ballet-based fitness movements and applied functional exercises that create core strength, improve flexibility and posture for all levels of fitness.

Strength – Circuit Training

Strength and cardio intervals, timed sets and/or stations to make you sweat and maximize training results. Your fitness level will be challenged with various equipment and bodyweight-based exercises.

Strength – Core

Develop a strong foundation in your hips, abs and lower back to prevent injuries and improve posture and balance. A variety of equipment may be used: from bodyweight to BOSU Balls to Bender Balls and everything in between. Class will focus on strength of core muscle groups with a relaxation and stretching component included.

Strength – Level 1

Strollerobics

Moms or Dads bring your baby and your stroller to this cardio-based class, designed to improve your strength and stamina. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Synrgy 360 Circuit

Using the Synrgy 360 system, work your way from station to station in this cardio and strength based workout. Your fitness level will be challenged with various equipment and bodyweight-based exercises.

TRX – Level 1

This drop-in program utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer to deliver a total-body workout regardless of age and fitness level. If you want to perform and look your best, TRX is the perfect tool for you. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

TRX – Level 2
