  • Build Skills: adults will progress at their own pace by setting their own goals.  Everything from basic water skills to swimming strokes used to increase endurance, fitness and speed can be accomplished in this class.
  • Water Safe: learn seasonal water safety related to water activities on lakes, rivers and ponds.
  • For Life: learn about water safety, water sports, improve strokes, and continue physical fitness.
