Join us for a new class designed especially for the active older adult and those just beginning to exercise. This class builds on skills learned in Level 1 and utilizes various drills such as hills, intervals and sprints on the Keiser M3 bike to challenge your cardio fitness.

We offer a variety of Yoga classes to suit every ability and fitness level. From gentle, beginners yoga to Joga, a pilates/yoga fusion, there's something for everyone!
The 5th of each month is Free Fifth Day at all YMCA Fitness, Recreation & Aquatic Centres in Edmonton & Fort McMurray! Members can bring one guest for free-access all day long.
