A Group Exercise class that focuses on increasing mobility in specific problem areas including hips, ankles and shoulders as well as learn how to stabilize muscle groups in the core. With a specific focus on alignment and strength, ideally participants will see the benefit of reduced pain, reduced muscle tightness and increased movement quality.
