      A high-intensity class which utilizes various drills on the Keiser M3 bike to challenge your cardio fitness. Instructors will lead you through hills, drills, intervals and sprints. Because the tension on the bike is controlled by each participant, all fitness levels are accommodated.

      This revolutionary method of leveraged-bodyweight exercise delivers a total-body workout regardless of age and fitness level. Developed by the US Navy S.E.A.L.S. you will be challenged with hundreds of bodyweight exercises while controlling your own intensity.

      Group Power® will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

      The Barre program uses ballet-based fitness movements and applied functional exercises that create core strength, improve flexibility and posture for all levels of fitness.

      A combination of lower and no-impact cardio, strength, flexibility, core and balance training. An ideal class for the active older adult or those just beginning to exercise.

      A registered Tai Chi Program. Mediation and martial arts based format will help improve range of motion, balance, flexibility, breathing, and the mind/body connection. Increase bone density, strength, stamina, agility and balance with gentle flowing movements.

      16+yrs

      Bridge to Wellness is a YMCA program designed to help participants get started in a regular fitness program, develop social contacts and increase their general knowledge of health. Led by experienced staff, Bridge to Wellness will combine activities to improve participants’ balance, endurance, mobility, strength and confidence.

      This program provides the opportunity to learn to run with a group. You can join on your own or with a friend. We will introduce you to running routes in the community and train as a group for a 5KM run.

      Add a punch to your workout! A variety of boxing-specific drills will be introduced to improve your power, agility, and endurance. This explosive workout is challenging and exciting at the same time.

      Our All Sorts of Play program has a variety of activities on rotation for your child.  This program fosters social development and physical literacy skills, and allows your child to experience a variety of program options.  Every month a new schedule allows for new activities, including active and creative options like crafts, active play and sports.

      Your child will bring out their inner chef with weekly cooking sessions where kids get to take home what they cook. They will explore food through fun while learning basic cooking skills. Please advise us of any food restrictions or allergies. All are welcome!

      Are your kids asking to go to the playground but the weather outside isn’t cooperating? Come play with your children in our indoor playground which has a variety of equipment suitable for children walking to six years. No food or drink allowed in playground for children or parents. Socks must be worn at all times. Parented play area - adult supervision required.

      Youth boxing is a non-competitive, non-contact program. Work out like a champ! Experience specialized boxing techniques and learn specific skills to gain strength and agility while getting a full-body workout. Get a taste of key boxing principles such as shadow boxing, circuit training and skipping.
