    Challenge your fitness level with these variety-set high-intensity workouts that utilize various equipment and your bodyweight. All boot camps consist of a mix of cardio and strength training designed to improve balance, speed, agility and coordination.

  • 8:15AM - 8:45AM Strength – Core Drop-In
    13+yrs

    Develop a strong foundation in your hips, abs, and lower back to prevent injuries and improve posture and balance. A variety of equipment may be used, from bodyweight to BOSU Balls to Bender Balls, and everything in between. Classes will focus on the strength of core muscle groups with a relaxation and stretching component.
