      Get ready to sweat with this heart-pumping interval workout. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves short bursts of high-intensity activity followed by short rest and recovery periods. HIIT provides a mix of cardio and strength training in a challenging and fast-paced format.

      Group Power® will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

      A high-intensity class which utilizes various drills on the Keiser M3 bike to challenge your cardio fitness. Instructors will lead you through hills, drills, intervals and sprints. Because the tension on the bike is controlled by each participant, all fitness levels are accommodated.

      A beginner’s dance class, perfect for those who would love to dance, but don’t know how to begin. Learn to Dance is a great way of learning the basic techniques of Salsa, Mambo, Rumba, Cha Cha, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia, and the Fox Trot, Waltz, Jive and Tango. No partner required.

      Drop-in format cricket for local cricket players who otherwise do not have a place to practise during the winter months. Cricket is similar to American Baseball; innings are made with each team taking a turn at bat. Teams are made up of 11 players traditionally. Come and enjoy practicing some of your cricket skills with other cricket enthusiasts. Work on bowling, catching and batting skills.
