Deep water aquafit allows you to use the resistance of the water in a full range of motion to maximize your workout. A non-impact cardio workout that strengthens the entire body using water resistance and flotation belts.

A variety of equipment may be used: from bodyweight to BOSU Balls to Bender Balls and everything in between. Class will focus on strength of core muscle groups with a relaxation and stretching component included.
Aerobic Step workout that combines step choreography and resistance training.
A high-intensity class which utilizes various drills on the Keiser M3 bike to challenge your cardio fitness. Instructors will lead you through hills, drills, intervals and sprints. Because the tension on the bike is controlled by each participant, all fitness levels are accommodated.
Group Power® will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. high-energy class packed with specially choreographed routines and the latest music. Zumba Kids® classes increase focus and self-confidence, boost metabolism and improve coordination. No dance experience is required.
This is a partnership program with the Volleyball Alberta Association providing children with an introduction to volleyball in a fun and non-competitive environment. Skill development will be based on the Canadian Volleyball Association Atomic Volleyball program curriculum. Games will focus on the Learn to Train stage of the CS4L LTAD model (see Physical Literacy page).
Calling all sportsters! Participants will practice physical literacy skills in sport-based games. Sports of all Sorts will focus on sports like soccer, floor hockey, basketball, and more! This is a weekly program based on our popular camp.
This is a partnership program with Basketball Alberta and Volleyball Alberta providing children with an introduction to basketball and volleyball in a fun and non-competitive environment. Skill development will be based off the Steve Nash Basketball and Mini-Volley program curricula. Games and activities will focus on the Fundamentals stage of the CS4L LTAD model.
Are your kids asking to go to the playground but the weather outside isn’t cooperating? Come play with your children in our indoor playground which has a variety of equipment suitable for children walking to six years. No food or drink allowed in playground for children or parents. Socks must be worn at all times. Parented play area - adult supervision required.
Our All Sorts of Play program has a variety of activities on rotation for your child. This program fosters social development and physical literacy skills, and allows your child to experience a variety of program options. Every month a new schedule allows for new activities, including active and creative options like crafts, active play and sports.
