      Deep water aquafit allows you to use the resistance of the water in a full range of motion to maximize your workout. A non-impact cardio workout that strengthens the entire body using water resistance and flotation belts.

      Continue your pursuit of health, balance and harmony by expanding upon the many postures and techniques of yoga. These classes improve circulation, strength and flexibility while increasing mindfulness and breath awareness.

      A high-intensity class which utilizes various drills on the Keiser M3 bike to challenge your cardio fitness. Instructors will lead you through hills, drills, intervals and sprints. Because the tension on the bike is controlled by each participant, all fitness levels are accommodated.

      Pickleball is a court sport best described as halfway between tennis and ping pong. Participant organized drop-in play for any skill level. Equipment provided.

      YogaChi is Physical, Intellectual and Meditative Quests in Life with the aim to attain a youthful versatile body to embrace a calm & peaceful "Intelligence" within.  The Physical, Intellectual and Meditative Quests are primarily abstracted from Yoga, Tai Chi, & Chi Gong fusing into an exercise system called YogaChi.
