YMCA Summer Day Camps offer children and youth the opportunity to participate in fun and engaging activities. Camps are designed to spark imagination and build confidence, independence and communication skills. Participants also create positive peer and role model friendships.
In accordance with YMCA Healthy Child Development principles, participants learn physical literacy skills and complete daily physical activity requirements. Camps offer international activities, games, hands-on learning, skills development, craft activities, swimming and more.
Camps are conveniently located in Edmonton, Wood Buffalo and Red Deer, with FREE before and after camp care to make drop off and pick up easy and convenient! All full-day camps include:
- FREE Pre-Care (7:30–8:30am) and FREE Post-Care (4:30–5:30pm) in Edmonton!
- FREE Pre-Care (7:30–8:30am) and FREE Post-Care (4:30–5:30pm) in Red Deer!
- FREE Pre-Care (7–8:30am) and FREE Post-Care (4:30–6pm) in Wood Buffalo!
