    Enoch First Nation Chief and Council, educators, administrators, and most importantly the youth, were beside themselves with excitement on September 30th, 2016, to celebrate the ribbon cutting that officially opened their newly constructed bike park – largely inspired by marathon cyclist and advocator, Don Patterson.

    Castle Downs Family YMCA has received a generous gift of materials and labour from Achieve Concrete and Vivid Homes.  This in-kind donation will go towards supporting our facility upgrade through the Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program, an initiative of the Government of Canada that is delivered by Western Economic Diversification Canada.

    The YMCA of Northern Alberta has received a community grant through the Canadian Red Cross Alberta Wildfires 2016 Community Organization Partnership Program. This grant will support the YMCA in our continued efforts to deliver quality programs and services to the residents of Wood Buffalo in their recovery.
