Boxing Boot Camp

An interval-style fast-paced workout that combines boxing and kickboxing drills with strength and cardio intervals.

Cardio and Strength – HIIT

Get ready to sweat with this heart-pumping interval workout. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves short bursts of high-intensity activity followed by short rest and recovery periods. HIIT provides a mix of cardio and strength training in a challenging and fast-paced format.

Cardio and Strength – Westwood

Kettlebell / Cardio / Strength / Intervals / Yoga and Nutrition. Every class starts with a run – 30 minutes or 5 KM, whichever comes first – outdoors on the track, rain or shine. (Option available to run inside on a treadmill.) Proceed to a 35-minute weight room workout. Every Thursday there will be a 15-minute body and food check-in chat with 25 minutes of yoga. Challenge your fitness level with these variety sets; high intensity workouts that utilize various equipment and your bodyweight. This boot camp utilizes various drills on the Keiser bikes to challenge your cardio fitness as well as a variety of boot camp activities.
