Cycle fitness classes are high-intensity class utilizing various drills on Keiser bikes to challenge your cardio fitness. Instructors will lead you through hills, drills, intervals and sprints. Because the tension on the bike is controlled by each participant, all fitness levels are accommodated.

Cyclefit – Level 1

Join us for a new class designed especially for the active older adult and those just beginning to exercise. This class utilizes various drills such as hills, intervals and sprints on the Keiser M3 bike to challenge your cardio fitness.

Cyclefit – Level 2

Join us for a new class designed especially for the active older adult and those just beginning to exercise. This class builds on skills learned in Level 1 and utilizes various drills such as hills, intervals and sprints on the Keiser M3 bike to challenge your cardio fitness.

Cyclefit – Strength

This combined class utilizes various drills on the Keiser M3 bike, various equipment and body weight exercises to challenge your cardio and anaerobic fitness levels. Because the tension on the bike is controlled by each participant, all fitness levels are accommodated.

Drop-In Cyclefit

A high-intensity class which utilizes various drills on the Keiser M3i bike to challenge your cardio fitness. Instructors will lead you through hills, drills, intervals and sprints. Because the tension on the bike is controlled by each participant, all fitness levels are accommodated.

Drop-In Cyclefit – Level 1

Enjoy the first 30 minutes of class doing differentcycling drills on our Keiser M3 bikes to challenge yourcardio fitness. End the last 30 mins with a good deepstretch with Yin Yoga.
