Grappling-based martial art designed for self defence and sport. Learn leverage techniques to gain superior positions and finishing holds. Leg locks, arm locks, shoulder locks, wrist locks, take downs, sweeps and counters will be taught. Kimono is not required.

Grappling-based martial art designed for self defence and sport. This class builds on techniques learned in the beginner course.
