Judo is a sport that employs throwing and grappling techniques to control your opponent. Program develops self-discipline and fitness for all levels. The main focus of the YMCA Judo program is excellence through fun. This class runs September to June (no new participants accepted after September 30).

Please note that there is a mandatory Judo Alberta membership fee of $70–80 depending on age.

A Judo Uniform (Gi) is recommended and available at an additional cost ($50).
