8+yrs

Workout Centre Staff and Volunteers start your YMCA experience with a tour of the Workout Centre, including etiquette and safety information. Need help getting started? Our staff can also answer questions about specific exercises and machines. Members and guests who are 8–14 years of age are required to attend an orientation before using the Workout Centre. Members who are 8–11 years of age need to have a parent attend the orientation and a program design, and must work out within arm’s reach of their parent.
Please see the Workout Centre Desk to arrange your orientation or attend one of our pre-scheduled times!
