Joga is an athletics-based style of Yoga, with a unique blend of postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation tools to find balance in strength and flexibility, improve breath control/recovery, and maintain a calm mind in sport and life.

You can work out while they play! YMCA Play Care (Child Minding) is provided at many centres so that parents have the opportunity to enjoy the Y, knowing their child is nearby and receiving quality care.
