Mindfulness is about being fully aware of whatever you are doing or whatever is happening right now-in this present moment, without any judgement on yourself in anyway. Mindfulness and yoga can be weaved into your everyday life in many ways. It is said this will not only help you to reduce stress and anxiety it will also guide you to a life of greater compassion, health, peace and well-being. Mindful Meditation is an excellent way to bring mindfulness to the body in movement, it also offers many health benefits such as keeping ageing bones, joints, muscles, nerves and organs healthy, supple and flexible.
