This class focuses on increasing mobility in specific problem areas including hips, ankles, and shoulders as well as teaching how to stabilize muscle groups in the core. With a specific focus on alignment and strength, you will ideally benefit from reduced pain, reduced muscle tightness, and an increase in movement quality.
