Kettlebell / Cardio / Strength / Intervals / Yoga and Nutrition. Every class starts with a run – 30 minutes or 5 KM, whichever comes first – outdoors on the track, rain or shine. (Option available to run inside on a treadmill.) Proceed to a 35-minute weight room workout. Every Thursday there will be a 15-minute body and food check-in chat with 25 minutes of yoga. Included: Weigh-in and measurements first and last class, fit test first and last class, 4-week menu guide, 4-week daily challenge and daily homework and yoga guide.
