Get the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer and the motivation of working out in a group. Group sizes can vary depending on program from 3–5 people. Sign up individually or with your group. Specific programs include Synrgy 360 functional fitness, weight-loss programs, boot camp, kettlebell, and TRX suspension training.
