Recreation-based sport club to improve physical literacy and badminton skills while introducing team strategy concepts and rules of badminton. The program will focus on both doubles and singles play rules and skills: running, jumping, striking, serving, diverse badminton shots and game-play strategies. Progressive drills, skill-based fun games and modified games are used to improve competence and confidence in a fun atmosphere. Games will focus on the Learning to Train stage of the CS4L LTAD model.
