All our trainers are external, which allows all the trainers to have a great variety of packages and specials for you. At the YMCA, you can work with a certified fitness professional to help you meet your goals. Our external personal trainers help you stay motivated, ensure proper technique and  help you build an exercise program that meets your individual needs. They can also provide  sport-specific training and periodization training for events like triathlons and other races.
