Weight can be misleading when used as an indicator of health. Anyone may experience frustration when your weight shows no change, even with exercise and improved nutrition. Your body is a complex structure made of different components, such as water, fat, and muscle. Your body cannot be expressed in one simple number. The YMCA offers the InBody 570 Body Composition Analysis Technology as part of your wellness program, available to all Members. Administered by a YMCA certified fitness staff, the InBody test provides vital statistics about your overall health and well-being.

Vital Statistics report includes; Basal Metabolic Rate, Lean Muscle Mass, Visceral Fat Level, Segmental Fat & Lean Muscle Analysis, etc.
