A recreation-based sport course to improve physical literacy, basic soccer skills and introduce some team concepts and rules of soccer. The program will focus on basic skills: running, kicking, dribbling and stopping. Progressive drills, skill-based games and modified scrimmages will be used to improve competence and confidence in a fun atmosphere. Games will focus on the Fundamentals stage of the CS4L LTAD model.
