YMCA MEMBERSHIP CARD
As a YMCA member, you are expected to present your membership card for identification each time you enter the YMCA facility. This process ensures security and accurate statistics regarding facility usage. Should you forget your card, you may continue to use the facility with presentation of picture ID or phone number at the YMCA Experience desk. Lost cards can be replaced at the YMCA Experience desk.
MEMBER GUEST PRIVILEGES
Members are allowed to bring an unlimited number of guests to the YMCA. All guests are limited to three visits per calendar year at the guest rate and must be signed in at the YMCA Experience desk upon each visit.
Plus Members can bring their children into the Membership Plus locker room on Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory Holidays. Children must have an active membership, be supervised at all times, and be under the age of 18 years.

CHILD MINDING (PLAY CARE)
This pre-booked service is FREE for members (child requires membership) and offers parents the chance to utilize the facility while their children enjoy a safe, interactive and fun environment. A monthly theme and Active Start Physical Literacy are part of the Play Care Program.
Come play with your children in our indoor playground, which has a variety of equipment suitable for children walking to six years. No food or drink is allowed in the playground for children and parents. Socks must be worn at all times, and active adult supervision is required. *Not available at all locations.
ACCESS TO OTHER YMCAS
YMCA Membership includes full membership access to all YMCA Health, Fitness and Aquatic Centres in Edmonton, as well as guest privileges to members at any other YMCA across Canada.
PLACING YOUR MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD
Going on holidays or just need a break? You can place your membership on hold at no cost! Provide written notice (at least five business days prior to your next scheduled payment) to place your membership on hold for one to six months. After your hold, your membership will be reinstated and your account billed unless we receive notification of a change (at least five business days prior to the end of your hold). Placing a membership on hold suspends all member privileges, including advanced registration.

MEMBER ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Volunteer Member Advisory Committee plays a key role in direction of your Centre. Its purpose is to give advice and feedback on operations of the branch from a member/participant perspective and to communicate branch information with other members. If you are interested in becoming a part of this group, please speak with the Membership Director for details.
Facility Rentals / PARTY BOOKINGS
Host your birthday party/celebration at the YMCA! You bring the food, decorations and party supplies, while we provide the facility! Party bookings include the use of either the indoor playground or the pool for up to 15 children/youth.
