  • 8:15AM - 8:45AM Strength – Core Drop-In
    13+yrs

    Develop a strong foundation in your hips, abs, and lower back to prevent injuries and improve posture and balance. A variety of equipment may be used, from bodyweight to BOSU Balls to Bender Balls, and everything in between. Classes will focus on the strength of core muscle groups with a relaxation and stretching component.

  • 9:00AM - 10:00AM Synrgy 360 Circuit Drop-In
    13+yrs (Tag Required)

    Using the Synrgy 360 system, work your way from station to station in a cardio and strength based workout. Your fitness level will be challenged with various equipment and bodyweight exercises.

    A total-body strength training class, focusing on endurance and coordination.

    13+yrs (Tag Required)

    A high-intensity class which utilizes various drills on the Keiser M3i bike to challenge your cardio fitness. Instructors will lead you through hills, drills, intervals and sprints. Because the tension on the bike is controlled by each participant, all fitness levels are accommodated.

  • 10:00AM - 10:45AM Strength – Barre Baby and Me Drop-In
    18+yrs

    The Barre Baby & Me program is based on using Ballet based fitness movements and applied functional exercises that create core strength, improve flexibility and posture for ALL levels of fitness.  Parents participate in this program with their baby.

    The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. No dance experience required and suitable for all fitness levels.

    Yoga in a chair with a gentle touch designed for older adults.  Poses will focus on developing seated  strength and flexibility.

  • 5:00PM - 10:00PM Teen Night (Grades 7-12) Drop-In
    Grades 7–12 (13-17yrs)

    YMCA Teen Night provides an opportunity for youth to participate in various activities in all facility areas. Activities may include recreational sports, swimming, conditioning, and fitness or dance classes. Appropriate workout attire and footwear required. Must bring photo ID to register.

    This program fosters social development and physical literacy skills, and allows your child to experience a variety of program options.

    16+yrs

    Get ready to sweat with this heart-pumping interval workout. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves short bursts of high-intensity activity followed by short rest and recovery periods. HIIT provides a mix of cardio and strength training in a challenging and fast-paced format.

    Step and Strength is an aerobic step workout that combines step choreography and resistance training.
