Our aquatic programs are about more than just techniques and skills; they are about building friendships, developing self-esteem and creating positive experiences that will last a lifetime. We offer swim lessons, aquatic fitness classes and other programs for toe dippers, deep divers and everyone in between. Thousands of Albertans have learned to swim at the Y and so can you. Swim lessons are back for the July 5, 2021, to August 28, 2021 season! To help keep our communities healthy and safe, masks will be required in transition zones. Please come swim-ready to limit time spent in locker rooms. Registration for swim lessons opens at 12:00 AM on June 17, 2021 at northernalberta.ymca.ca/Online. Please note that this is a new session, so no previous swim lesson registrations will be carried over. Your child’s YMCA membership must be active at the time of registration, otherwise, you will be unable to register your child in swimming lessons.
