William Lutsky Family YMCA

Effective December 13, the William Lutsky Family YMCA will be closed until further notice.

  • Looking to attend a group fitness class? Join us for fitness classes virtually.

Registration is open for 2021 swim lessons and kids' sports and recreation programs!

  • Swimming Lessons: At the Y, we are meeting or exceeding every public health guideline to safely open our swim lesson program to your family. Swim lessons are included in your child's membership, and you can register online starting right now
    • Because we have made changes to our swim lesson program due to COVID-19, and because we are on a new online registration system, you must re-register for swim lessons, even if you already had a spot!
    • Find out more about our swim lessons by clicking here.
  • Child & Youth Programs: Winter is here! The weather won't hold up for long for driveway basketball and backyard soccer matches. Instead, you can register for basketball or soccer for kids ages 7–12 at the YMCA, where we're meeting or exceeding every public health guideline to help your family stay safe while they stay active!
  • Family Fun Zones, Teen Lounge spaces and Toddler Zones are currently closed.

Your opportunity to change the life of a child, individual or family.

The YMCA of Northern Alberta has been serving the community since 1907. Together, we’ve helped people grow and thrive despite economic uncertainty, world wars and global pandemics. While we can't predict the future, we know that with your help, we'll be able to serve our community in the ways they need it most while everyone gets back on their feet.

You have the opportunity to create an impact in one of four areas:
