North Central Edmonton Family Resource Network (FRN) is excited to welcome families to our programs and cannot wait to meet families in our new home. The Family Resource Network (FRN) is a “HUB” location for parents and caregivers to receive extra support and learn new skills related to all things parenting. Our programs include Resource Navigation, Home Visitation for expecting parents and parents with children 0-6, Family Support for parents of children 7-18 and Caregiver Education. Through the HUB, we have formal partnerships with several programs so we can provide the best quality support to families, funded by the Government of Alberta. Our “spoke” services include the Boys and Girls Club, Creating Hope Society, KARA Family Resource Centre and the YMCA of Northern Alberta. All of our services are free of charge.
The Castle Downs Family YMCA is the home of this FRN and its service area includes North Central Edmonton North of Yellowhead Trail, East of St. Albert Trail and West of 66 Street. All programs are confidential and free of charge.
